Rescheduling requests are subject to consultant availability.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

6. No Return Policy

As our services are digital, advisory, and consultation-based in nature, no physical products are sold through the Website. Therefore, returns are not applicable.
